Job Summary:Ecolab is seeking an experienced Global Director of ServiceNow to spearhead the advancement of our engineering teams and the foundational technology of our solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with both business and ETS leaders, ensuring that our ServiceNow initiatives are synchronized with overarching business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in refining team dynamics and methodologies, bolstering execution precision, and instilling a sense of responsibility. Further, as a mentor and guide, you will be tasked with nurturing the professional growth of the members of your team.

While our primary platform is ServiceNow, our technological landscape is vast. You'll frequently interface with technologies such as SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Office 365, and other Microsoft Azure technologies.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Senior Leaders to define the long-term vision and strategy for the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the company's IT and business strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate the enterprise's ServiceNow implementation to ensure it meets current needs and anticipates future requirements.
  • Host periodic innovation workshops to explore the potential of emerging platform features, encouraging an environment of continuous learning.
  • Drive alignment with Business Engagement Leaders (BELs) to understand their business' goals and how ServiceNow can be leveraged for their benefit.
  • Mentor and provide growth opportunities for ServiceNow team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the latest training and certifications to stay ahead of platform updates and trends.
  • Develop and enforce platform governance policies and procedures to maintain platform integrity, performance, and security.
  • Build strong relationships with ServiceNow vendors and third-party partners to understand the evolving ecosystem and harness their expertise for platform enhancement.
  • Analyze platform metrics and define KPIs to measure platform effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to increase platform adoption across the organization, ensuring that teams are effectively utilizing its capabilities.
  • Spearhead the adoption and transformation of Agile methodologies within the ServiceNow team, ensuring faster delivery and increased responsiveness to business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area
  • 10+ years' experience in product/program management
  • 6+ years' experience leading complex technical/engineering programs
  • 3+ years' experience developing and managing high performing technical teams
  • Experience in the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and governance/standards
  • Experience developing resource and budget estimates
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
