Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global FP&A, the Analyst will be responsible for ownership of reporting and analysis related to the value capture of key global efficiency initiatives. The Analyst will also assist with the Company's general financial planning and reporting activities, which include the monthly reporting of key enterprise information, supporting the annual operating budget process and monthly forecasting process and developing ad hoc analyses.

Job Description

Detailed Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing tools (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet) to consolidate financial impact for all project workstreams and provide concise reporting for executive and regional leadership teams
  • Working with internal stakeholders to maintain and ensure the accuracy of the project's financial forecasts
  • Providing insightful analysis of business results to customer teams and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
  • Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
  • Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation for senior leadership
  • Partner with Finance leadership to support process improvements and strategic initiatives
Skills / Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of the Profit & Loss statement
  • Prior experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
  • A positively curious attitude to look beyond the face of the financials to search for answers
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and manage deadlines
  • Attention to detail is a critical factor for success in this role
  • Ambitious and motivated self-starter
  • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience:
  • 1 -3 years experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Prior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Accounting experience is a plus
