We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Level Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
* Work on comprehensive industrial hygiene programs to identify, evaluate, and control workplace hazards.
* Conduct industrial hygiene assessments including exposure monitoring, hazard evaluations, and risk assessments.
* Develop and implement strategies and control measures to mitigate occupational health risks and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industrial hygiene principles into organizational policies, procedures, and practices.
* Stay knowledgeable of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial hygiene and occupational health to continuously improves programs and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical, engineering or science related field and 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical, engineering or science related field and 7 years of relevant experience; or Currently or previously Shift Supervisor Part II qualified; or qualified SIT and 3 years EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program; or Currently or previously CRE qualified; or 6 years as SRE; or SRE qualified and 9 years of experience. Certified Industrial Hygienist certification.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in 29 CFR 1910 and/or 29 CFR 1926 (OSHA), as well as national safety consensus standards (ANSI, NFPA).
- Experience with industrial hygiene monitoring equipment.
- Experience interacting with a diverse workforce including engineers, skilled tradespersons, scientists, and technicians.
