Position Title: Equipment Maintenance Mechanic

Wage: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Hours:5:00pm - 3:00am

Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, such as lubrication and testing
- Dissemble machinery and equipment, and replace defective parts and component units
- Repair machinery and equipment using a variety of hand and power tools, such as grinders, torches, hammers and wrenches
- Collaborate with Production Engineer to modify Programmable Logic Controllers
- Reassemble machinery and equipment and make final adjustments
- Test machinery and equipment after repair to ensure proper operation
- Record and maintain data of checks, tests, repairs, and parts numbers needed
- Assist with mechanical rebuilds, installations, and moves
- Utilize mathematical calculations and read diagrams, manuals and blueprints
- Respond to production machine down calls in timely fashion
- Order spare parts as needed for equipment
- Follow standard work instructions
