Position Title: Grinder

Wage: $19.00 - $25.00+/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Grinder Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines to produce precision components according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, conformance to specifications, and overall quality
- Communicate with the leads and quality control teams to resolve any issues related to production or product quality

Requirements for Grinder:
- Previous experience with a CNC or manual grinder
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Fundamental understanding of basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
