Description
Leidos has a potential upcoming opening for a Software Developer at Offutt AFB, NE. Thecandidate will be part of a development team and responsible for the development of applications and programs using JavaScript (React), Nodejs, Express, HTML, and CSS.The developer will also provide support to the maintenance of application hardware. They will also provide support in security, database, and deployment processes for applications built with several distinct languages and architectures, operating primarily in a classified cloud environment.The candidatemust be flexible, as customer needs and requirements shift often, which will require strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management skills.
Required Skills:
Ability to obtain Security+ equivalent or higher certification (IAT Level II+) within the first six months of hire
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph
Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS
Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
Experience with MERN Fullstack development
Experience with Agile/Scrum development
Strategic and innovative mindset, comfortable thinking a few steps ahead.
Strong written and oral communication skills; including public speaking.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Cloud operations
Familiarity with the setup and use of Virtual Machines
Familiarity with CI/CD Processes and Containerization
Network/Hardware maintenance support
Data-Science
Understand Air Force intelligence operations and IC computer networks
Current TS/SCI highly desired.

Pay Range:Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
