This position will be a key role in actively leading our Indianapolis Architecture team while working with key project partners including clients, engineering, and municipalities.

Responsibilities
    Opportunity for a licensed architect to lead renovation and new construction building designs for a variety of project types including multifamily, hospitality, and public projects.
  • Candidate will drive the project while working with internal architects, engineers, and support staff from design conception through construction administration while utilizing company support leverage teams capabilities.
  • Candidate will provide project planning, design, and construction administration services, including direct client contact, consultants, and contractors. Project types include mixed-use/multi-family, hospitality and/or Commercial/Retail.
  • Candidates will be a key member of our team and contribute in building, guiding, and managing a studio of other architects, engineers and production staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect with NCARB certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4-8 years of work experience.
  • Must be mentally and physically capable of performing all essential duties required of the position.
  • Experience with Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), American National Standards Institute/Telecommunications Industry Association (ANSI/TIA), International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards.
  • Must be able to apply mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations. Excellent communication and technical skills and be a strong team player.
  • Must be able to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, and/or members of the business community. Must have proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
