SUMMARY
The Assistant Maintenance Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team and sets and continually updates the maintenance team's priorities to ensure minimal equipment downtime while always ensuring employee safety. This position is responsible for developing and implementing PM programs, managing the work order system, and evaluating work for completeness and accuracy. This position will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Production Manager on overall strategy to minimize downtime and maintenance costs and maximize production.
