The Midwest Sales department is looking for an Assistant Regional Machine Sales Coordinator to join the team at our Midwest Technology Center in Schaumburg, IL. Responsible for assisting with Regional Machine Sales orders between Direct & Distributor Sales Associates and National Sales Administration. Jobs include experience in Micro Soft applications and D365 Order Entry, Mazak Sales Portal, and Mazak I-Quote III Sales Application

Scope and Important Responsibilities:

* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

* Assist the DSM's in obtaining new machine deliveries and lead times from the Factory.

* Assist the DSM's along with Direct and Distributor Sales with engineering request submission and follow up.

* Assist in analyzing Machine and Accessory Margins on Machine Sales Orders and submit Discount Report to General Manager and National Sales Administration for Review.

* Import Machine Sales Quotes from Mazak I-Quote III into D365 Order Processing application.

* Assist in the review of Machine Orders and Revisions for technical and financial errors.

* Prepare Machine Movement forms in Mazak Sales Portal.

* Prepare Mazak Machine E-Ringi-Sho for financial adjustments in Mazak Sales Portal

* Request and prepare freight quotes to customer for machine shipments.

* Assist the Installation Coordinator in obtaining information on back ordered items as related to new machine shipment and installations.

* Please be advised job duties can very from Regional office duties defined by General Manager.

* Required to work very late once a month for Mazak Regional Machine Sales Order Close

Education/Certification:

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred

Skills:

* Experience in Machine Tool Industry or Capitol Equipment is a plus

* Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

* Must have attention to detail.

* Microsoft Business Application skills including D365.

* Have a positive attitude and work well with a team.

* Know how to handle difficult people and situations that arise.

Qualifications

Education
High School (required)

Experience
Experience in Machine Tool Industry or Capitol Equipment is a plus (preferred)
