Datadog is looking for a Manager, Learning Technology to serve as the strategic owner and leader of our company-wide Learning Management System (LMS) and other eLearning technologies. Your work will be critical to the accessibility, standardization, quality control, and robust reporting of organization-wide learning initiatives as we rapidly scale.

You will have the opportunity to make a big impact at Datadog by creating and executing the strategic direction of our learning technology function. Your work will enable employees to access a large catalog of live and online training while providing the business visibility into holistic learning activities across the company. This cross-functional role will involve partnering with our HRIS team, People Analytics, enablement partners, and other stakeholders to maintain an effective and scalable learning tech environment.

You will have the support of one direct report and other L&D and enablement team members to execute operations.

  • Partner closely with our HRIS and People Analytics teams on complex technical matters such as integrations, data protection, reporting and analytics, user access, and more
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company (e.g., department-specific Enablement teams, content SMEs, People Business Partners) to develop high-quality training within our LMS, educating course creators about key platform capabilities
  • Maintain visibility into our global course catalog and preserve high overall standards for learning at Datadog

Who You Are:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience serving as the strategic owner and operator of an LMS in a large or complex environment
  • Deep familiarity and expertise working within an LMS, Docebo strongly preferred
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical matters and communicate key information to a non-technical audience, including leadership and end-users, in a clearly understandable way
