Your Title: Project Manager

You'll be located: Bedford Park, Illinois

Reports to: Engineering and Maintenance Manager

You Will:

Project Execution:

* Lead all phases of project management from concept to implementation, ensuring understanding of objectives.

* Develop scope, cost estimates, project justifications, and designs for assigned projects.

* Ensure work within budget and time constraints while adhering to regulatory standards.

Cost Control/Management:

* Manage outside contractors, engineering services, and consultants.

* Develop scopes and expectations for external services and monitor progress, quality, and cost.

* Identify and address cost deviations promptly.

Team Collaboration:

* Manage diverse teams, reviewing performance and progress.

* Identify gaps and develop action plans to achieve.

* Produce required design documents and specifications, obtain bids, and complete purchases.

Your Profile:

* Bachelor's degree (Engineering preference)

* 5+ years of related experience (Food manufacturing preference)

* Project management skills with high complexity projects.

* Experience in capital project design, cost estimation, and schedule monitoring.

* Proficient in managing versatile teams and external partners.

* Technical proficiency, including Excel for maintaining complex spreadsheets.
