VTG is seeking a Staff Assistant to work in Santa Rita Guam.
What will you do?
Provides office clerical assistance to various departments by performing the following duties:
Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, or other documents, copying information from one record to another and proofreads work.
Sorts, copies, and files correspondence and forms.
Prepares and receives basic shipments of material and/or documents
Orders and stocks office supplies and materials
Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
Distributes mail.
Photocopies documents
Assists with preparing simple presentations when needed
Assists with arranging luncheons and other events in the office
Do you have what it takes?
Education:
(1)(2) High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Experience:
(3) Three years experience with admistrative support and databases management
(1) One year related experience with data entry and mail handling
This position requires an active Secret Clearance.
