Job Summary/Objective

Recruit, pre-screen, and interview potential talent. Check references and qualify skills. Work with candidates and clients to negotiate salary, benefits and pay rates. Make determination as to qualification of candidates and decision on submittal of talent based on evaluations to fill a client's requisition. Coordinate interviews and make offers of employment per client direction. Maintain talent records for assignment availability. Participate in client service activities as required. Conduct activities to advance positive relationships and retain clients and talent. The Recruiter II may support multiple clients across multiple departments including BPO, MSP and RPO lines of business.

Essential Functions

  1. Perform recruiting activities, including but not limited to, social media recruiting, job board recruiting, networking, job fair attendance and direct sourcing
  2. Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations and testing to maintain a pool of skilled talent at all times.
  3. Negotiate Pay Rates as required by client contract.
  4. Make determination as to appropriate client bill rate where applicable.
  5. Determine which candidates to submit
  6. Submit candidate to client
  7. Schedule interview with candidate/client
  8. Make offers of employment as required by client.
  9. Regularly contact existing clients for the purpose of making them aware of the availability of skilled employees.
  10. Acts as a point of contact for clients and talent, conducting follow up calls and emails as required.
  11. Develop repeat business through excellent service and follow-up activities.
  12. Keep abreast of recruiting and industry trends and apply them to daily recruiting activities.
  13. Interact regularly with the sales and operations staff to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients and talent.
  14. Complete all sales reports as required by Management.
  15. Participate in civic and professional organizations for the purpose of developing sales leads and additional business.
  16. Act as a resource to entry level recruiters.
  17. Regularly attend client and hiring manager specific meetings.
  18. Participate and present when needed in QBRs and/or RFP presentations.
  19. Special projects as assigned by Manager.

  • Ability to partner on or lead specialized recruiting efforts or projects.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of four years of experience in recruiting or human resources with a focus in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Industry specific certifications preferred
  • Prior human resources experience a plus

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, copiers, printers/scanners, phones, and filing cabinets. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

This position requires travel, less than 50% within the local area.
