THIS IS A PART TIME EVENING WEEKEND POSITION. This is a great opportunity to get some remote office experience. This would be an exciting side hustle with the possibility to lead to more opportunities.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Customer Care Agent provides exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls to help resolve inquiries, complaints, etc. in a positive and professional manner. This includes troubleshooting and reporting issues. Principal Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Remote position but you must come into the office once a month to update the computer.
  • Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
  • Display a patient and caring attitude to develop a rapport with the customer base.
  • Use best practices to provide best in class customer service.
  • Log call activity and enter call data/information into the tracking system.
  • Support LAZ field operations.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Customer service experience required.
  • Call center or phone experience preferred but not required.
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Proficient with computers and phones.
  • Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively on the phone while utilizing multiple computer systems.
  • Quick and efficient typing capabilities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and in a team environment,
  • Demonstrates the desire to always seek improvement growth.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Bi-lingual abilities, including Spanish, are preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, speak and type for prolonged periods of time.
  • Training will be in office.
