Job Description

Aon is looking for a Client Services Collateral Advocate in Reinsurance!

In this role, you will work closely with the reinsurance broking team to provide extraordinary client services experience in the reinsurance industry. You will be a part of the best-in-class client services team here at Aon. We would love a candidate who is excited to collaborate with a team of technicians that support our clients. In doing so, you are the dedicated advocate for your clients and internal partners. You will also build and implement your individual career development plan with dedicated mentors that will assist you along the way.

This role is classified as a Hybrid role meaning you will work in the office on selected days and at home for the remaining days!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist our clients with all aspects of facilitating collateral compliance and optimization
  • Assist clients with meeting collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage Letters of Credit, State/Regulatory Deposits, Reinsurance Trusts as well as maintaining associated documentation
  • Provide support to brokers, clients and client advocates with reinsurer licensing questions related to reinsurance placements
  • Provide mentorship for more junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Regulatory licensing research related to reinsurers.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
  • 3 + years of operations or collateral experience in the reinsurance space
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google office tools
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal business communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $82,100.00 to $109,400.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
