Job Description
This role will work with the BI Manager and Global HR Optimization Leader to deliver the program management function in relation to the strategic workforce plan by collaborating with the HR Team and business to execute on internal projects related to change management and documentation of processes that address workforce needs.

Works with HR team and business stakeholders as main point of contact to drive program expectations, receive escalations and understand data needs to improve the data support services that are needed.
Will be committed to continuous improvement and look at root cause analysis. Leveraging a strong attention to detail will drive projects and processes related to headcount management across the globe.
Initiates and drives continuous improvement by looking at root cause analysis, addressing gaps and working with teams to implement solutions.
Works with the BI Manager to help establish and monitor projects and data controls to ensure accuracy in tracking talent to ensure talent is in the right place.
Supports the development of templates and standardization of process by communicating and ensuring best practices and adoption of HR global processes.
Supports planning the overall HR data program and monitoring of the strategic process towards data optimization.
Must work collaboratively with team members and have the ability to work with groups that are geographically dispersed.
Will work in a highly matrixed model and will analyze various spans and layers of the organization to understand how work is done.
Will work with the business and talent acquisition to understand and align on future workforce requirements by participating in regular discussion around business objectives and tracking hiring needs. Will participate and lead discussions on staff budgeting and reforecasting.
Provides regular reports and auditing of workforce staffing to understand trends and patterns within the workforce to recommend trends or address concerns.
Work to drive, support, measure and achieve the HR KPIs and escalate progress against the KPIs to the business.

Knowledge and abilities:
Data Orientation: Must be data minded and able to convey overall data insights around staffing and staffing KPIs
Communication: Ability to demonstrate advanced communication skills by presenting complex ideas to large audience with confidence, clarity and consistency. The individual must be able to balance listening and being able to convey objectives in a clear concise manner.
Organizational Agility: Knowledgeable about how organizations work, knows and can influence how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network. Able to work with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, and clients).
Technical: Highly proficient technical skills with demonstrated ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data, research data issues, draw conclusions, provide resolution, and develop actionable recommendation. Able to interpret and tell the story behind the data. Working knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate industry or any multi-services industry is a bonus.
Process Improvement: Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data and is willing to re-engineer processes from scratch. Good troubleshooting skills, able to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Process-oriented with a good grasp of requirements elicitation, project management, and technical delivery/development processes.
Client Management: Can understand client needs, can set and manage appropriate client expectations within system, project, or contract constraints, all while providing exceptional and enhanced customer service to multiple key stakeholders
Team-player: Can achieve results from ad hoc groups of disparate people (key stakeholders and collaborators are geographically dispersed).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think broadly, create a shared vision, and embrace change as an opportunity
Flexibility: Understands regional/cultural/contextual differences and allows for local expression without compromising global coherence. Ability to work in high paced environment

Experience:
Bachelor degree, in business operations, HR or evidence expertise skills in BI, project management, project implementation or staffing.
Expert level skills in Excel and Smartsheet required
Strong talent management and/or operations background, preferably in a high-demand production environment.
Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and suggesting improvements
