JLL is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in the recruitment and onboarding of senior-level talent across JLL's global operations.

As the Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner closely with our executive recruiting team to provide an exceptional and high-touch experience for both internal and external executive-level candidates. Your diverse responsibilities will range from scheduling and coordinating interviews to hosting onsite executive-level interviews at our offices around the world.

This is a truly global role, where you will collaborate with recruiters, HR professionals, and business stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Your proactive, customer focused approach will ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience across all geographies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive process improvements and efficiencies, making a tangible impact on our global talent acquisition efforts. You will gain exposure to various HR and recruitment-related ad hoc projects and programs as you partner with teams to deliver exceptional results. In addition, you will manage vendors and maintain up to date knowledge and hiring compliance across different states and regions.

You will anticipate next-level questions and escalate issues appropriately, showcasing your expertise in Workday activities and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of all hiring processes and programs. You will actively solution and resolve issues through research and cross functional collaboration. You will effectively articulate and communicate policies and programs, providing accurate information to employees in a timely manner. Utilizing various tools and technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, and Avature, you will deliver standardized HR transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate executive-level interviews globally
Host onsite executive-level interviews as necessary to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Drive and communicate policies and procedures for the hiring process
Create job requisitions and ensure accurate information is captured
Assist in designing and implementing programs and processes to enhance the applicant-to-hire experience
Manage the offer letter creation process, adhering to approval requirements
Initiate background/drug screening appropriate by client. Fully understand requirements based on client accounts and adjudicate based on company guidelines and pre-determined approval levels.
Maintain accurate employee data and file information using Workday, ensuring compliance with I-9 regulations
Provide support for employee onboarding questions, including payroll and benefits-related inquiries
Coach business stakeholders on appropriate hiring process guidelines
Support special projects and adhoc tasks across that Recruiting team such as manager feedback surveys, creating reports, and developing PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or business unit HR generalist or service center role
Front-line customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering "WOW" customer service
Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they arise
Embraces and adopts new technologies
Experience with Workday preferred; knowledge of PeopleSoft, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
Highly professional demeanor with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Culturally sensitive and adaptable to different working styles across regions
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
