The Well-being Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of CF's global well-being strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of CF's company-wide total well-being programs including analysis, development, implementation, monitoring, communication, and evaluation. The manager will develop programs to create awareness, motivation and provide tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle focused on physical, mental, financial, and emotional well-being. Additional responsibilities will include plan administration, participant communications, integration with onsite clinic offerings and customer service to members.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, maintain, manage, and market CF's total well-being programs to reduce health risk, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles. Develop and design enterprise-wide well-being communication campaigns.
  • Manage the evolution of CF's wellness related benefit programs based on CF needs and applicable trends.
  • Manage all aspects of the well-being platform including enhancements, awareness, understanding and functionality.
  • Lead all aspects of well-being challenges including research, approvals and procuring prizes and other incentive offerings. Coordinated well-being events include enterprise-wide community service events, health screenings, flu clinics, and other events as deemed applicable.
  • Create key performance metrics to measure the program performance, return on investment success of the programs, and impact on our employee's overall health.
  • Oversee and lead a Well-Being Champion Network across CF enterprise.
  • Coordinate and direct all aspects of employer of choice surveys submissions.
  • Keep abreast of well-being initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts to explore ideas and opportunities to increase employee engagement.
  • Collaboratively work with Mgr. Health & Welfare and Mgr. Retirement Plans to coordinate well-being activities and identify metrics that measure and analyze program effectiveness and progression.
  • Collaboration with HRMs and Mgr. Safety Excellence and Human Performance Reliability on applicable strategy initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with well-being and benefit vendors regarding current and upcoming projects.
  • Oversee and continuously improve as applicable the executive physical program.

Successful incumbents will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree and/or professional certification i.e., Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP), Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with, inspire and engage a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and a passion for holistic wellness to include physical, financial and mental initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related strategic well-being program development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health care group insurance, retirement and welfare plans, and general benefit policies, practices and legal requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reasoning, health data interpretation and financial analysis skills.
