Job Summary:

As a Strategy and Transformation Sr. Analyst, you are expected to structure ambiguous problems, plan and take action to solve them, work in a fast-paced, ever-changing situation, and work collaboratively across functions and business to synthesize insights and provide recommendations. You will be a liaison and communicate effectively between the senior leadership and team to move key actions and initiatives forward within the organization. You will develop and manage key reports and dashboards for insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience

  • Previously have led multiple projects or small teams

  • Experience in Excel modeling and business case building

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI Dashboard Development and Management or experience in developing dashboards in other cloud-based tools

  • Able to define, break down, and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

  • Able to synthesize key insights with clear next steps and recommended actions

  • Can work collaboratively in a team, create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Capable of driving an independent workstream, activities, or oversees ad-hoc broader team projects for a defined period

  • Comfortable working with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

  • Able to relentlessly prioritize and focus on key initiatives with the highest impact

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience is a plus

  • Working in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to lead and run transformation workstreams, with experience in tracking, monitoring, key initiatives, and workstreams

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Breakdown complex problems or structure ambiguous problems into actionable steps, synthesizes key information and learnings

  • Work collaboratively across each business and function to solve problems and create recommended actions or solutions

  • Develop Dashboards (e.g., Power BI), Track and monitor CG key performance metrics, proactively investigate deviations and work with appropriate stakeholders to highlight opportunities and risks to the business, identify root causes and come up with plans to mitigate deviations with Manager

  • Define and maintain structure, process, and cadence to enable fast leadership decision-making and reporting to key stakeholders across the business and functions

  • Support Chief of Staff and the CEO on key analysis, meeting preparations, and follow-up on key meeting actions

  • Independently drive and lead key workstreams or initiatives such as conduct market research, external stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and synthesize findings into concise messages

  • Liaison and communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders, influence the organizations to move forward with their key actions

  • Prioritize and drive top initiatives, while diplomatically managing expectations across various stakeholders

  • Identify key areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations

  • Review the impact of the organization's social responsibility programs and activities on key stakeholders

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • This role is within Chamberlain Group's Corporate Strategy function
