We are seeking a communications professional to manage internal communications plans and programs that support the company strategy, critical initiatives, and other business updates. This position reports into the employee communications arm of the global communications team and is an opportunity for those with a passion for employee engagement, company culture, and creative storytelling.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of communications plans that tell the company's story to employees and other key audiences

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to leaders, teams, and functions across the company with a focus on building trusted relationships

  • Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications for senior leaders including employee news stories, emails, scripts, talking points, event briefs, blog posts, etc., reflecting an understanding of their business, leadership style, and unique voice

  • Engage and partner with subject matter experts and key internal stakeholders throughout the content development process -- from capturing relevant and accurate information to translating messaging for the general employee population to coordinating reviews and approvals

  • Build networks across diverse cultures and geographies

  • Thrive in a collaborative team-based environment while also working independently

Specific Knowledge and Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field

  • 4+ years of corporate communications, public relations agency, journalism, and/or marketing experience

  • Experience in executive communications ideal

  • Must be able to submit a strong portfolio of written work to illustrate storytelling and writing skills

  • Knowledge of AP style a plus

  • Expert writing, storytelling, editing and proofreading skills

  • Strong executive presence, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the company

  • Highly strategic and out-of-the-box thinker

  • Skilled at exerting influence

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting as circumstances change

  • Serious commitment to excellence, quality and attention to detail

  • Basic graphics experience a plus
