Description:
- This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.
- Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
- Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.
- Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
- Client is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.
Education / Certifications:
- High School Required
- Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate - Excel
- Manufacturing tracker Systems
- IL6S / TPM preferred.
- SAP preferred.
