The McCoy Group has an opening for a Senior Field Recruiter based out of our corporate office in Dubuque, IA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Partner with managers to determine staffing needs and deliver the best talent
  • Recruit, interview, and screen candidates
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Attend career and job fairs, and build relationships with schools
  • Complete monthly reports as required
  • Stay current with company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
  • Market the Company to applicable resources and educate them on McCoy Group opportunities
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner
  • In conjunction with your department:
  1. Enforce and practice all safety, quality, and operational policies
  2. Optimize employee performance.
  3. Maintain and promote a positive attitude.
  • Any other duties as delegated by management

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
  • Must be accurate with tracking and reporting
  • Must be skilled in relationship building
  • Must be skilled in working with confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • Present neat, clean, professional appearance of self and equipment
  • Work hours required to perform essential functions of the job, including weekends and evenings
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, and Outlook email
