ChampionX is seeking an Inside Sales Support Supervisor located in Houston, TX. This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring business growth alignment for the Inside Sales Support team and building strong relationships with customers. The main responsibility of the Inside Sale Support Supervisor is to manage a team of 2-4 Inside Sales Representatives and to be the liaison between our end-users, customer service teams, and outside sales teams

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise a team of 2-4 Inside Sales Representatives
  • Manage the daily tasks of the Inside Sales Support team to make sure work is meeting the desired goals set forth by the Customer Success Manager and Emissions Technologies
  • Oversee Inside Sales Support workflows to assist employees in training and efficiency
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees
  • Train new hires on team processes and policies
  • Support all customer service functions and assist as needed.
  • Support the sales and operation managers in the Emissions Technologies group within ChampionX.
  • Continue to develop strong customer relationships to ensure the growth of existing accounts.
  • Communicate customer feedback for customer experience information and future product development.
  • Undertake project tasks and other duties as required
  • Possible travel 10%.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of education beyond high school (College or Technical School) or comparable work experience
  • 1-2 years of inside sales admin experience or customer relations
  • 1-2 years of supervising or leading a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and knowledge of ESG, emissions, or atmospheric science
  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills

Physical Demands:

  • Minimal bending, lifting to 10lbs, reaching, twisting, stretching, pushing, pulling up to 10%.
  • Frequent standing and walking between 33% and 66%.
  • Constant collating/filing, using a keyboard, dialing, sitting, seeing, hearing, writing, and speaking greater than 66%.
