What You'll Do
  • Provides support in the daily administration and maintenance of company benefits programs
  • Performs required duties for audits, compliance testing and program maintenance to ensure accurate administration of the program
  • Creates and refines process documentation used to ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate administration
  • Assist in the implementation of the annual enrollment process to include plan setup and testing
  • Ensures timely and accurate execution of benefit related projects and/or duties as required
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
  • Benefits and Payroll business knowledge is required
  • Microsoft office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role
  • Customer service mindset with an emphasis on problem solving
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
