Datadog Product Analytics is focused on helping organizations grow their business by understanding user behaviors and business impact, spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and finally linking with business KPIs. As the lead for this fast growing product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution, driving the development and evolution of our Product Analytics offering.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Product Analytics, with efficient positioning and go to market tactics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and product
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to further push our message to the right personas, and build an effective sales motion
  • Continuously monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product to optimize user experience and business impact
  • Conduct interviews with customers to improve the product and better position our solution offering
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product analytics, evangelizing its usage at Datadog, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization

Who You Are:

  • An experienced product leader with at least 8-10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of growing products from 0-1
  • You have a keen understanding of existing solutions, trends, and consolidation of the Product/Web/Digital Experience Analytics market
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and business results, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You have sharp communication skills and the willingness to present your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.

$234,000-$300,000 USD
