Supervises operations for one or more departments. Coordinates workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity to meet objectives for assigned areas. Hires, trains, develops, supports, and coaches operations personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and discipline employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk and use hands and fingers; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
