What You'll Do:

• Design Excellence: Use Bentley's OpenRoads Designer for detailed engineering drawings that enhance transportation systems.
• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities and costs accurately to align with client expectations.
• Specification Preparation: Create construction specifications for high-quality work execution.
• Engineering Insights: Dive into preliminary engineering tasks (traffic studies, intersection design, geometric studies, and the development of project reports) to drive project success.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other V3 disciplines for innovative solutions.

Qualifications That Shine:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Experience: Ideally, you'll have 0-3 years of related experience working on projects for clients such as IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, County DOTs, and local municipalities.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Bentley's OpenRoads Designer is a must.
• EIT License: While not mandatory, possessing an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license is a definite plus.
