Purpose of the Job

Sales enablement seeks to improve the overall performance of the sales team and we are looking for motivated professionals to help us create winning proposals. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, Americas, the role is to support the North America business development function in responding to North American and global bids and RFPs for existing or prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess sales opportunities for the organization.
  • Be part of a team that drives exciting new business revenue by supporting our business directors and client services teams to develop compelling bids, helping to build winning content and coordinate resources from within the business to enable a world-class response.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of industry and business leaders.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and account teams.
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the sales enablement strategy.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary resources to allow them to maximize productivity and sales.
  • Work with the North American sales team to support the creation and delivery of winning proposals in line with company strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a wide network of SMEs across the business to support the completion of client documents and escalation when needed.
  • Support the preparation for project kick off / update meetings with senior members of the business.
  • Work with our bid managers and Global Sales Support team to develop and manage structured response schedules and provide full visibility of these to all team members.
  • Champion best practice within the sales cycle, including reviewing the North America pipeline to ensure adherence to qualification and approval to bid processes.
  • Support with the delivery of multi-channel formats to create compelling documents that ensure best in class proposals.
  • Champion the management and update of standard bid, presentations and research content, and promote the adoption of self-serve content systems with business stakeholders.


Qualifications, Skills + Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels, with both internal and external clients.
  • Interested in working with a variety of industry sectors and big brands across a global organization.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively while working towards deadlines.
  • Thorough and have attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and professional, and willing to be flexible to accommodate the demands of client deadlines.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and a competent user of Excel.
