- Position: Performance Improvement Coordinator
- Location: Elmhurst, IL
- Full Time
- Hours: 8a to 5p Monday-Friday (Some Flexibility)
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher or a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a clinical area or in Healthcare Administration/Management Engineering
- A minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting
- A minimum of two years of experience facilitating/leading improvement teams or projects
- Master's Degree
- Formal training and/or certification in Process Improvement and/or Team Facilitation
- Current State of Illinois RN licensure
- Registration with the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency (NCA) or equivalent
