Compliance Analyst

Summary

The HR Analyst reports to the Global Compliance Manager and is responsible for working closely with the Compliance Specialists to support the firm's compliance program, global mobility program and HR-related DEI data needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
    Maintain compliance calendar.
  • Compile and create ongoing and ad-hoc compliance and DEI analyses from Sidley's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Regularly update DEI data files and audit the accuracy of transactions across systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing AAPs and other government-mandated reporting (e.g. EEO-1, pay data reporting).
  • Draft expatriate packages for review as part of the firm's global mobility program.
  • Prepare and collect information needed for policy and/or process changes in response to federal, state, and local laws.
  • Prepare materials for compliance updates and process change meetings.
  • Assist in supporting the firm's compliance training program by coordinating timelines and preparing reports.
  • Complete various project work as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel

Preferred:

  • A minimum of one year experience in an analytical or compliance-related field
