Description

The Evening (PM) Pharmacist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

This is an evening position. Hours are 7days on 7 days off

This is a .9 position/ 36 hours per week which is full time

Responsibilities:

  • Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders.
  • Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel.
  • Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Major healthcare experience
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • B.S. Pharmacy.
  • Registered Pharmacist

Preferred:

  • Two years of major healthcare experience
  • Pharm.D
  • LIC PHARMD
