About the Role
The Platform Product Leader is an experienced professional with a proven track record in guiding platform strategy and collaborating with design engineering leaders within the product development lifecycle.This individual demonstrates success in implementing platform strategies that foster revenue growth and deliver high-quality ROI based products.

Responsibilities
Developthe vision, product strategy, and roadmap to align theAlightWorklifeplatform withAlight's industry and organizational goals.
Lead with a SaaS/PaaS Cloud, externalization, and data-driven mindset, ensuring continuous delivery of value to all current and futureAlightWorklifeecosystem customers.
Craft a product roadmap based on customer needs, strategic opportunities, and comparative analysis.
Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs)& Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for theAlightWorklife platform, aligning with SLAs.
Provide oversight for prioritization tradeoffs and influence product & engineering organizational prioritization.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering leadership and teams.
Mentor and coach product managers and product owners within the team and across the organization.
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Establish reporting, metrics, and benchmarks to ensure value recognition and future value creation are visible.
Navigate a complex organization to build relationships and influence strategic initiatives.
Address barriers, minimizing escalations required to achieve objectives.
Adapt to rapid changes in business needs, processes, and technologies.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in product strategy and product management at platform companies, demonstrating a track record of revenue growth through platform strategies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate the importance of the platform to our success.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new opportunities.
Experience in managing at all levels, including mentoring and coaching individual contributors on best practices, technical architecture, and complex technical challenges.
Ability to lead strategically and manage tactically to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.
Exceptional judgment and quick decision-making skills, capable of weighing multiple perspectives and driving decisions without over-analysis.
Proficient in agile product development and DevOps principles and frameworks, including experience transitioning organizations from traditional practices to agile methodologies.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

112,700 USD

Maximum :

178,900 USD
