Job Description
We are currently seeking aClientDelivery Managerspecializing intechnology delivery to join our JLL TechnologiesClient Deliveryteam. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the deployment of winning solutions for prospective clients including managing effective communication between multiple teams including engineering, product and client team, managing and mitigating the project risks and assuring client satisfaction with the delivery.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and execution for JLL clients to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Managing all phases of service delivery for project including analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment.

What this job involves
As aClient Delivery Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for
Evaluating complex requirements among multiple stakeholders and interpreting requirements needed to complete delivery
Managing support of the deployed solution cooperating with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testers
Designing solutions to complex client problems
Managing and reporting delivery risks and issues
Managing change control process
Managing user acceptance testing and release plans
Managing communications with stakeholders, business transition team, and business and IT management
Maintaining thorough knowledge of customer segments and customer needs
Maintaining thorough understanding of product features and functionality
Overseeing application configuration and support while liaising with architecture, infrastructure, and engineering
Assisting in documenting business needs and identifying appropriate technology solutions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
IT Project management w/concentration on software delivery management
Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Cross functional team coordination
Relationship management and communications
Proven ability to navigate in a large matrix organization
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
Customer service focus
Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
PMI or equivalent certification preferred
Six Sigma certification or exposure preferred
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT programs
Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
Experience in real estate Industry a plus
