Job Summary:

Job Summary:

The Campaign Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Campaign Planners tasked with executing advertising campaigns and satisfying related activities as part of the national sales process in a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes on client support, contracting and data management and works in close partnership with the National Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, coaches and manages performance of team of Campaign Planners
  • Supervises process and workflow of incoming campaigns based on clients' inventory requests
  • Monitors incoming requests and assures adequate workload distribution for planning teams
  • Tracks campaigns (orders) and ensures processes are operating efficiently through dashboarding
  • Manages daily email work queues
  • Manages quality control dashboard
  • Assists with documented ad implemented processes and procedures
  • Provides support to internal and external clients and resolves client issues and complaints
  • Documents defects to improve team's performance
  • Provides ongoing coaching and opportunities to learn and correct errors
  • Manages resourcing schedules (vacations, sick time. etc.)
  • Other projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience

Work Experience

  • 4+ years' experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment and supervising a team preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to assess workload and develop metrics
  • Ability to coach and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
