Summary of Job Duties:The graduate student will study the therapeutic potential of PGHs to treat S.iniae infections. The project will use cutting-edge research technologies, including bioinformatics, gene cloning, protein purification, animal models, and yeast transgenics.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

M.S. degree in aquaculture/fisheries, animal health, cell biology, or a related field, minimum GPA of 3.0, and GRE score of 297+ (verbal + quantitative) are required. A minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the TOEFL paper version (213 on the computer version, 79 on the internet version) or 6.5 on IELTS is required for international students. A strong interest in fish health, strong writing skills, excellent work ethic, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as a productive research team member are required.
