Job Description
Position: Set-Up Operator
Location: Frenchtown, NJ
Pay: $22.66 hr. + $.25 for 2nd shift premium
Shift: 2nd - 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm *Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as a Set-Up Operator you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. You will set-up and run the machinery involved in producing partitions for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, auto, beverage, healthcare and electronics.

What you will be doing:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines and keep work area clean.
  • Measuring raw materials and feeding them into the machines.
  • Conducting periodic checks for quality and spotting damaged products.
  • Read shop orders.
  • Roll changes, presets, slitter roles, setting channels, cleaning picks and control and adjust machine settings.
  • Pack finished products.
  • Computer responsibilities.
  • Keep tools orderly and in good shape.
