Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring group, benefit & eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner, and for ensuring that group/member information is available by contract effective date in order to support claim and customer service processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
  • Business systems experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
  • Knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience meeting deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • LOMA certification.

This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
