Job SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring group, benefit & eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner, and for ensuring that group/member information is available by contract effective date in order to support claim and customer service processes.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
- Business systems experience.
- Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
- Knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
- Analytical skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LOMA certification.
This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
