C3 AI is on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our dedicated team of professionals. As a Technical Trainer, your mission will be to empower our customers through exceptional training programs. This role is pivotal in transforming skilled data scientists and engineers into masters of our advanced AI platform.

You will collaborate closely with our Instructional Design and Product teams to deliver innovative learning experiences across our portfolio of C3 AI Application and C3 AI Platform offerings. Our AI platform is deeply technical, and the successful candidate will be someone who loves to get hands on with new technologies and applications and translate complex topics into easy to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the training needs of learners and adjust your delivery accordingly.
  • Curate technical content from a variety of sources to augment our own content.
  • Collaborate closely with our Instructional Designers and internal product teams.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with learners.
  • Stay up to date on new innovations in training and technology to ensure programs reflect product updates and new features.
  • Become a trusted partner in success to Customers and Partners.
  • Deliver workshops in a variety of modalities - asynchronous, online, and in person.
  • Mentor new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing training role.
  • Proven experience as a facilitator, speaker, or coach to audiences of all technical levels.
  • Great empathy skills.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Ability to read, edit, and write code examples and live troubleshoot code exercises with students.
  • A passion for learning new technologies.
  • Working knowledge of the following:
    • Python
    • Relational (SQL) or Non-Relational (Key-Value) Databases
    • Extract, Transformation, & Load (ETL) techniques
    • Machine learning concepts (linear regression, PCA, decision trees, k-means clustering)

California Pay Range
$80,000$140,000 USD
