Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a FX Ops Analyst - FX Trade Support for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing dedicated support to the bank's clients in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Ensuring sustained proficiency and accuracy for all tasks
  • Responsible for the investigation and resolution of exceptions for FX and OTC transactions as well as post trade settlement investigation
  • Communication by phone and email is required while providing exceptional customer service to both client and internal service partners
  • Timely settlement of FX and OTC transactions
  • Break and case management for post settlement investigations

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods
  • Ability to multi task whilst managing competing priorities and deliveries
  • Excellent attention to detail, consistent performer with a focus on accuracy and client delight
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting institutionally traded financial products is desirable but not required
  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
  • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner
  • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change
