Department: Kellogg Public Action (PACT)
Salary/Grade: EXS/5
Job Summary:
Are you looking to grow your career in an active area of growth and innovation at a leading academic institution? Join Kellogg's Strategy and Academics (S&A) team as our Program Coordinator. Part of a four-person support team, this role will serve as the lead for Kellogg's Center and Program events and conferences, as well as the administrator of the Ford Center for Global Citizenship.
The Ford Center encourages and supports multidisciplinary approaches to understanding institutions and their social and political impact. This role will support the Center in convening academic conferences and workshops, hosting post-doctoral fellows, and providing small-project funding.
In addition to supporting the Ford Center, this role will work across Kellogg's ~20 centers and programs to ensure all events are coordinated and supported. The foci of Kellogg's centers range from research, instruction, and executive education, and many support marquee programming, conferences, and seminars related to their core mission. This role is the primary resource for center and program staff on event policy and procedures and serves as a representative on the AcES (academic events support) team. This role will partner especially closely with the Social Impact & Sustainability and Healthcare programs.
