AWS Windows Server Engineer
Direct Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain documentation and procedures for Windows Active Directory and Server engineering/administration.
Design and evaluate solutions to enhance/improve complex Active Directory domains and forests, Windows servers and related infrastructure across the organization. Make recommendations to management and implement accordingly.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and management to design and implement the most complex Windows server infrastructure projects that fulfill line of business needs across the organization.
Perform routine systems conformance and capacity validation and routine system maintenance to ensure that Windows servers are up to date, secure, and in compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with cloud engineers and development teams on issue resolution and process improvement.
Provide operational support such as server monitoring, patching, and other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years Windows Server Administration/Engineering
Experience and expertise in managing/administering all aspects of Active Directory and any related services and infrastructure.
Experience in supporting web-based applications hosted in Microsoft IIS.
Experience in supporting and administering Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science (or related discipline)
Microsoft Certification (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
Knowledge of AWS infrastructure (AWS Practitioner Certification)
Scripting Skills (PowerShell).
