Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so schedules are staggered accordingly. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Spelling and typing competence with computer experience essential
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
