Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Data Analyst (Tableau Developer), is responsible for maintaining reports on Tableau Server, including bug fixes, increasing performance of workbooks, and gathering and implementing feedback on any modifications needed. Additionally, will assist and lead developments on new reports, collaborating with internal developers and external clients.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, develop, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
2 Support performance, quality, and improvement efforts to help streamline processes through data analysis and visualization.
3. Evaluate dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development.
4. Communicate with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe data modeling decisions and data visualization strategy.
5. Assist in Tableau Site Management including deployments and user and group management.
6. Utilize SQL, and/or Python in data analytics to collect, understand, transform, cleanse, store, and share data in a privacy-preserving way.
7. Assist in testing, governance, data quality, training, and documentation efforts
8 Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

The incumbent will take ownership for delivering timely results for multiple parallel projects while effectively managing internal and external customer expectations.
