Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Position: Support Asst Periop Services - OR
- Location: Glenbrook Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Part time
- Hours: 2:00pm-6:00pm
What you will need:
- License: N/A
- Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Certification: N/A
- Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience is required. Work experience in healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Minimum 25-30 wpm typing proficiency.
What you will do:
- Facilitate all communication regarding the day-to-day activities in the Operating Room
- Schedule same day and next day surgeries
- Greet incoming staff, physicians, and vendors
- Support maintenance of regulatory standards regarding restricted area
- Compile performance improvement data
- Assist Perioperative team with ad hoc projects
