3rd Shift Molding Supervisor - Turtle Lake, WI

Job Purpose: To plan, direct and supervise injection molding employees in their day to day manufacturing assignments.

Nature of Duties:

* Familiarity with all aspects of injection molding machines (Electric and Hydraulic)

* Some previous knowledge of various grade resins or ability to learn the same

* Quick problem solving skills

* Decoupled molding techniques a plus

* Direct qualified subordinate employees to their machine assignments, based on skill levels

* Supervisor the day to day operators of machines and equipment

* Proficiently be able to operate all machinery.

* Locate and use all paperwork.

* Review proper set up all production jobs

* Review and confirm quality checks if needed.

* Possess the ability and knowledge to train operators in specifics of jobs.

* Locate or develop samples

* Ability to administer discipline in a tactful manner and with respect, to subordinate employees

* Basic computer skills needed, including Oracle, and other computer programs.

• Lead and Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives within the facility.

Education and Experience: Prefer previous molding machine knowledge and skills. High School diploma. 1-2 years of experience required.
