JOB TITLE: UX Program Manager

LOCATION: Hybrid onsite 1x/week in downtown Chicago, IL.

ROLE TYPE/DURATION: 3-month contract, strong potential to extend

COMPENSATION: $50/hr-$65/hr, commensurate with experience

IMPORTANT NOTE: A background check and drug screen are required for this position

JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a UX Program Manager to support a variety of patient-facing desktop, mobile and web programs. Responsible for maintaining the UX team backlog in Azure DevOps. This is an exciting chnce to mentor junior team members by reviewing work and providing feedback, all while taking on high-level project work.

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• 8-10+ years of UX program management or project management experience
• 1-2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Must be engaging, collaborative, detail-oriented, with a high standard for quality of work
• Software requirements: Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, MS Office, MS Azure Dev Ops or similar (such as JIRA)
