Job Description

Staffmark in Rogers, AR is thrilled to announce a new Direct Hire opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Salary: $55,000+ per year (based on experience)

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from distribution and fulfillment to transportation activities. Your role will involve leading the daily production flow, delegating tasks, and setting priorities for warehouse staff to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. It will be essential to maintain a high level of performance and effectiveness within the warehouse environment to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in warehouse or manufacturing
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management
  • Proficient in project management
  • Attention to detail and high standards
  • Creative thinker with a continuous learning mindset
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with co-pack/kitting and forklift operations
  • Previous customer interaction experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
