We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, and a strong ability to execute innovative and effective campaigns.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing plans to meet business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Manage website and social media channels: Maintain and update company website and social media platforms, including creating engaging content, optimizing for search engines, and monitoring metrics.

  • Conduct market research: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Use analytics to track and measure results: Utilize web analytics and other tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and learn about emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  • Proficient in web design, social media management, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Knowledge of general processes and practices related to the position.
  • Skilled in verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and achieve results.

Job Compensation

65,000.00
