Your Job

The Technical Product Owner for a new Digital Marketing capability will be overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the technical solution to enable the vision of the Global Sales & Marketing organization to enable an integrated digital network spanning multiple platforms supporting the customer journey.

What You Will Do

  • Define and articulate the technical vision and strategy for the M2X product, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact features and improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Work closely with engineers to guide and support the development of APIs and integrations that enhance our presence on 3rd party platforms.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to leverage user insight data for product enhancements and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Define acceptance criteria for backlog items and ensure that the delivered solutions meet these criteria.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of product development progress.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure product quality and manage technical debt to maintain a high standard of performance and reliability.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Proven experience driving commercial and go-to-market technologies for large, global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of modern cloud-based platforms and related technologies.
  • Proven experience leveraging technology to achieve real-time or near-real-time data exchange, including event-driven architecture, message queues, Web Sockets, APIs, and stream processing.
  • Experience leading technical teams, with the ability to be hands on with building when needed.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, serving up key decision points to the business.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Digital Asset Managers (DAM) such as AEM and Product Information Management Systems (PIM) such as Salsify.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Pricing Systems, Data Models, and API development.
  • Experience with implementing ecommerce solutions and familiarity with technical aspects of those platforms.
  • Experience working in the global electronics components industry, with a preference in the interconnect segment.
  • An understanding of global customer journey including solution discovery, design, evaluation, and procurement.
  • Awareness of digital platforms and how users including aggregators, platform providers, and distribution partners engage with them.
