Serve as the PM/PO for two web digital servicing teams
Own and drive the full lifecycle for delivering multiple pieces of product intent, from refinement through testing and launch
Lead cross functional teams of engineers, designers, marketers, and business analysts to solve problems and address customer needs
Own the scaling and refinement of an onboarding processes for an net new externalized developer portal
Enhance existing B2B2C API based offerings to that will be used by millions of end customers
Partner with marketing and tech to launch digital servicing web pages to millions of users for our card launches
Assist tech with JIRA management activities, including ticket creation, tracking, and tagging
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, sprint planning, and stand up
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience owning and driving multiple complex pieces of intent autonomously
Experience with API based products
Experience with web based products
